...you're still throwing a jaw-flapping character on a static background way too often. Don't do that. Make things happen. Have more than one non-background object on screen at any given time.
Don't reuse scenes, especially with a song as repetitive as this one.
Try to make your scenes more creative than background + object in center + things happening around the object.
This is definitely an improvement over your last one though.

I suggest spending more time on your animutations, then perhaps you'll have yourself a winner.
Regarding this animutation: Good job on putting in fake lyrics, those are rare these days. Still, Mr.Zeebmork's right there's not a lot going on in your flashes. I was also disappointed in how un-deranged it was.

Well, I finished the movie at 11:18 PM (that's when the file was last modified); so it was kinda rushed near the end. And I will put more time into my movies.
By the way, the title was based on the name of "Captain Lou Albano's Steady Descent into Madness". And Genovia is the fictional kingdom in the Princess Diaries books.

On the wiki, I can find two mistakes. Somebody should fix them.
The piano player is NOT from Shumway.
Also, the "actress from old movie" is actually Mae West. (Who, in fact, was an actress in old movies, so maybe it's not wrong there.)
And the "dolls from giant animatronic clock" are on a clock on the Asakusa Tourist Information Center. You can find some videos on YouTube.
EDIT: So those were fixed. I noticed some more too.
The song was NOT used in the German Tom & Jerry. It's just called that on P2P MP3 sites.
Also, the "chimp playing piano" is called "Singing Sam the Gorilla Man". He's at Wall Drug in South Dakota.
