Not because it's 10-worthy, more like 7 or 8, but to fight against Trolldierside.

This is a very nice one. Very energetic. Makes me want to go to Brazil and have a barbecue.

I like it. However, I think Barbecued Party Apples was better.

Hey look, I'm on the Thanks list at the end! Yay!

You answered a question I had, but I never used it. So you still got on there.

I also prefer BPA, but I think this is my 2nd favorite.

Yeah, it's what I'm known for. It's basically a tribute to The Bad Scary Place and a tale about Abe Vigoda's mysterious life. Mainly focused on his wife, a scary orange thing.

Anyway, I really like this, too. I think the ending's a tad weak, but I can't blame myself. I was beyond out of ideas and soooo ready to work on something else. And the song's a way different step.

And I'm now working on something I'm extremely fond of. Maybe even more than BPA. It probably has my favorite song I've animutated so far.

I wonder how long he's been married to the orange. Certainly only a fraction of his life, since he's been around forever.

Although i like BPA a little bit better, this was good. One thing i really like about this is that you use a lot of 1920/30 stuff. I also liked the lute cat,and Dali's crutch.

I know this song! It's "Crazy Is My Life" by Golec uOrkiestra. And it's sung in Polish. Here are the lyrics, although I can't copy and paste Polish letters, so you'll have to find the actual lyrics elsewhere for Fanimutation Wiki purposes. Excellent animutation, by the way. Reminded me a little of WWW, with its frenetic zaniness set to Slavic music. You just keep on getting better. A juz wpadasz w zycia szpony!

Crazy, crazy, crazy is my life

Ledwie zasniesz a juz musisz wstac
w lustrze witasz przemeczona twarz
Jeszcze sen nie dokonczony
a juz wpadasz w zycia szpony
osaczony pajeczyna spraw

Pora szczytu, pieklo w srodku dnia
ktos w zaulku na gitarze gra
Nagle krzyknal - to dla Ciebie
szarpiac struny wyplul z siebie
krótkie slowa - crazy is my life

Crazy, crazy, crazy is my life
Crazy, crazy, crazy is my life
Swiat dryfuje gdzies w otchlani
jak galera bez przystani
Crazy, crazy, crazy is my life

Swiat dryfuje gdzies w otchlani
jak galera bez przystani
Crazy, crazy, crazy is my life

Maybe our friend Andrzej Banas could translate this.

Agreed.

Here's my review: Not bad, although it didn't fit the general sinister-shounding creepiness of the music. And try timing stuff to the drum beats and trumpets and blips and bazorkleplibbers in the music instead of just the singing. The lack of that was my main problem with this. But... yeah, I think that's about it.

And you seem to be animating rather quickly compared to most animutators. (except for me and my crank-out-an-animutation-in-four-days-whenever-I-can-be-bothered-to-ness).[, and you still manage to make good stuff instead of crap like kmkmkm's recycled-jokes things or other mass-produced junk... if I misspelled anything, it's becaused of this freaking laptop and its freaking keys with the freaking letters worn off of them. ttteh. (note: I meant to type rrrgh there)

Maybe not. It was a very different tone and maybe I wasn't quite ready.

The reason there aren't many blip and bazorkleplibbers fit is because I tried to focus on character interaction, as you guys said my last ones were lacking of it. I did slack off a tad at the end, because I couldn't do anything spectacular because I wanted to save any iamges I accumulated for my next project. It seems when I focus too hard on one thing I forget about something else important. I did however think the mariachi trumpeter and the lute cat went well with the music, even though there weren't really any lutes.

And the reason I animutate so fast is that I like doing it a whole lot. And I usually always have some ideas stashed for my next project, so I get them down as fast as possible.

I'll put 'em on NG when I fin the time and finish my next one.

P.S. I might also animutate song 7 in your set after the song 5-imutation.

Thanks for the review.

It also needed more fake lyrics.

Maybe. I usually don't hear fake lyrics until AFTER I complete the movie, which is annoying.

One thing is I thought the constantly appearing dark colors went well with the sinister-sounding music.

magicpenguin: I have a couple other Polish songs that I find highly animutational, if you're interested. I would've used the PM feature, but it stopped working for me for some reason, giving me infinite loops of Internet Explorer script errors.

Anyway, the first is "Aja Sam" by Brave Combo, an American jazz-rock group that often covers European folk songs in their own unique style. (Unfortunately, the MP3 is just an excerpt, as it was downloaded from the band's official site. It would still be perfect for a minimutation, however.)

The second is Nagly Atak Spawacza's "Blachary," which is... gangsta rap. In Polish. It must be heard to be believed. I'm not sure what it's about, but I think it might have something to do with making lots of money and buying expensive cars like BMWs.

That Blachary song reminds me of SektorGaza, a Russian (I think) rap band. As I have said before, their songs are good animutation material.
