I liked it in general, especially the Shirtistan and "He needs his shots" lines. I noticed that the animation is just slightly faster than the music so that it's about one beat ahead by the end of the 'mutation.

Nice, and Foreign.

You kept the movie NSYNC, and, it wasn't boring.

It got a little repetetive at the end, though.

This movie follows the shocking events behind the cover up behind the secrecy of mid 1980s moscow, when the communist government convinced the entire population of russia, including the population of moscow, that moscow doesnt exist and never has, until now. the moscow incident, surprisingly, is set to a russian song which begins a bit on the slow side, but later picks up with a few laugh out loud moments. though some things are recycled late in the film, overall it doesnt dissapoint. viewing fun for the whole family, especially crazy uncle joe who will definitely want to sober up enough to watch it.

My biggest pet peeve is repeating the same sequence for every chorus, and there are enough refrains here to really bug me.

Yeah,It shoulda been different sometimes in there.
Maybe you could rip off "We Drink Ritalin" and do a space filler.

Well, the fact is, I've always thought this song was not very animutatable. It makes an excellent five second YTMND clip, but it just doesn't move fast enough to lend itself to animutating.

You did a great job with what you had, and I suppose it had to be done sometime. Not your best work by any means. I'm glad you're back at Flash though, and hope to continue to see more from you in the future.

It's about time someone made a Dschinghis Khanimutation. If I have to make one piece of constructive criticism, it's that it looks like you're still working out how to cut out shapes. Personally, I gave up on the Magic Wand Tool after Seven Deadly Dwarfs. Now I always use the lasso option where you just click multiple times to cut out a polygon. It's less frustrating and less of a strain on the hand.

Yet another excellent animation [and I'm not just saying that because of the tippy's reference ]. it was genuinely funny. most everything in the movie was good, solid animutational fun.
the one thing i will say is this: you take great ideas, and pull them very thin. like the colin sun thing: it was excellent, and played really well to the music, but it almost dragged on. i know that it is hard trying to fill in the gaps in the song without lyrics.
all in all, though, a very sweet and amusing ride.

I really really REALLY liked this.
I thought the spinning Colin-sun heads were brilliant, and the mondegreens were good and funny. I also love that song!

It's enjoyable enough, but it's repetitive and gets old quickly. You shoulda showed the "landing van," and it got out of sync towards the end. (This could be the streaming, though.) But the mondegreens were , um, interesting, as always (though I think Foo-La-La has the best mondegreens ever).

well, i have to admit I did like the spinning colin head deal at the begining.

On a couple of points it did seem to go on for a bit and some parts had very little happening on the screen.

Another point would be animutation cliche's, which I don't mind in small doses but when a animutation features Colin and Alex Chiu back and forth over again we turn animutation into some sort of bad ytmnd joke.

I'd say you are improving though, and well, i've seen all your 'toons so that must mean something. somewhere..

I liked its lyrics, and it was a good effort, but like the others said, it was repetitive for the chorus. xP It was still good though, but your last one, LID, was better.

The visuals aren't the most interesting or engaging, but your mondegreens are pure tasty. "Karate hey hey hey up the slayven."

Intresting Mondegreens, unneeded seizure segments, and a catchy song made this one pretty good, but compared to other animutations, it's not as good. I might include a parody of it in my new animutation ("Shirtizan" being on a "Host's List" in a sublimital message.)

I referenced this in Pinky the Pig's Seizureful Adventure. (One of the messages on the randomized sign said "Shirtistan Immigration Center".)

Flash skill is important in animutations. Always take some time to learn Flash before making any animutations, unless you do what I did and learn by making an insanely huge, crappy thing and never releasing it.

I tell ya, my original music hour submission was ridiculously huge. It was only, like, half done and already 11,someodd bytes.

He he. I like remembering it.

The thing I made was about 14 megabytes. It had been about six, but then I discovered YTMND.

Nice song choice (is it the Russian National Anthem?) I agree with the others, it was a bit Repetitive, and you could've had more stuff going on, but I liked it.
